Founded in 2008, ETC Capital, LLC (ETC) is a private investment firm that partners with management teams in middle market buyouts and recapitalizations.  We also invest shorter term capital in special event-driven situations. We have no particular industry or geographic focus; but instead, we are an opportunistic, growth investor with a value perspective on selecting our partners.

ETC is willing to explore a spectrum of investment options that include short-term special situations or long term acquisitions. 
They may be project based, equipment based, acquisition oriented or other.  ETC’s special situation investments do not necessarily meet the requirements of traditional banking, venture capital or private equity.  Special situations could include buyouts, project acquisitions or other unique expansion opportunities.  Although we are interested in a wide range of opportunities, ETC generally does not fund normal start-ups or traditional working capital requests.   

ETC has a thorough investment methodology, extensive due diligence focus, and an integrated team approach that brings significant operational leverage to our portfolio companies.  We have an in-house legal team and a group of professionals that think and act quickly.
